"I have cooked jelly using agar before so it isn't that hard to control."

I go to the Japanese grocery store to buy agar. And there were two kinds or agar product. One is in solid form and the other is powder. I read online and found out that they doesn't really have any difference, it is just one has been processed into powder. However, I bought both of them (The powder was cheaper) to see if both of them can be dissolved in hot water or not.

The one on the right is a mold for sushi, I thought the size and the shape would be great for my agar tea bag UNTIL I unpack it and found out that there's large cutouts on the mold... It is just a test so it's fine. But I will be keep on searching for a better mold. Or if possible, I want to create my own.
